Dort wurde eine ehemalige Forschungsstation in der Arktis restauriert und zu einem Freiluftmuseum durch Freiwillige ausgebaut. Besonderer Wert wird dabei auf die Vermittlung der Geschichte sowie Fakten zum Klimawandel und dessen Auswirkungen in der Arktis gelegt. Nein? Es befindet sich in der russischen Arktis auf etwa 80\u00b0 n\u00f6rdlicher Breite in der Tichaja Bucht. In der Tichaja Bucht gab es fr\u00fcher eine Forschungsstation, die lange Zeit verfiel. Freiwillige haben diese Station aufger\u00e4umt und als Freilicht-Museum gestaltet.
